Returns Policy & Right of Withdrawal
This policy applies to all purchases made through the online store, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 as in force.
The online store also functions as a place to receive orders. However, all purchases made through the website are considered distance contracts.
1. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from:
the date of receipt of the product (in case of shipment), or
the date of receipt from the store.
The withdrawal is made without the obligation to justify.

2. Mandatory Prior Contact
Before any product return, prior telephone or written contact with the store is mandatory, in order to provide instructions for the return procedure. You can call 2110087735 or 6975699882 Monday to Friday 09:00-15:00. Otherwise, send an email to: sales@elektraspectrum.gr.
Returns without prior notification are not accepted.

3. Conditions for Accepting Returns
In order for the return to be accepted:
The product must be in its original packaging.
The packaging must not have been opened.
The product must not have been used.
It must be in excellent condition.
It must be accompanied by the legal purchase receipt.
The store reserves the right to check the condition of the product before completing the return

4. Refund
In case of valid withdrawal:
The refund is made within 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal.
The store may delay the return until it receives the product or proof of shipment.
The return is made using the same payment method used during the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Return Costs
The return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or has been shipped incorrectly.

6. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that are not accompanied by the purchase receipt.
Products that have been unsealed after delivery.
Products that have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications or are personalized.
